Bookings

Appointment requests submitted through this website are enquiries. Your appointment is confirmed once we reply to you with an agreed date and time.

Prices and payment

Prices shown on this website are guide prices and may vary depending on the treatment selected. The final price is confirmed before your treatment begins, and payment is due at the appointment.

Cancellations and lateness

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel. Arriving late may mean your treatment has to be shortened or rescheduled.

Suitability and aftercare

Treatments are cosmetic only. Please tell us in advance about any sensitivity or reaction to lash products, and follow the aftercare advice given to help your set last. We may decline or adjust a treatment where it would not be suitable.
